The Team
Our team "3Flow" consists of three main traceurs (Jamie, Lee, and Richard
S). We also have an excellent cameraman and director of our flims in Richard L. Apart from the three main free runners we
also have charles, who is new to parkour and is learning the ropes. there are other traceurs and people involved with the
team, but these are the main members of 3Flow.
